In Summer 2013, we found a house to purchase,
We completed the acquisition in November 2013.
This is now a rental property.
In March 2021, we found an ideal flat to purchase,
We completed the acquisition in June 2021.
Making us landlords,
another area we are pride ourselves on.
In July 2023, we became the managing agent to a 2 bed flat, in Warrington. This has been continuously let in that time with only a 10 day void period between tenants - a chance to do some maintenance.
